5. Shipping

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

Because print books are produced on demand, all sales are generally considered final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected] with:

- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the product and packaging, if applicable
If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
We do not generally offer refunds or returns for:
- buyer’s remorse
- accidental orders
- incorrect shipping information submitted by the customer
- minor color or print variations consistent with print-on-demand production
